Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for Project Coordinators for our Regina based customers.  Responsibilities will include assisting program and project managers in organizing ongoing projects. This involves monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and working to ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.


  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
  • Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  • Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
  • Chairing and facilitating meetings where appropriate
  • Assisting the Project Manager with functions and processes
  • Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project


  • Proven working experience in a related field
  • Excellent client facing communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent work experience
